“The Men’s Club Championship is scheduled to take place over 36 holes on Saturday 1st August 2020. This is the club’s main scratch event and we regularly see the highest quality field of any Club Championship, including the current County, National and European Club Trophy holders. Andrew Minnikin will be defending his title, which he won last year with scores of 69 and 67.
Entry is available from 5pm on Friday, 10th July, via the Club V1 and HowDidIDo apps using the Booking option. Entries close at 7pm on Monday 27th July. The draw, in traditional reverse handicap order, will be made available on the club website and the BRS timesheet on Tuesday 28th July.
All entrants must commit to playing in both rounds. The first round will take place between 7am and 10:20am, and the second round between 11:40am and 3pm, with a 4hrs 40 min gap between rounds. No tee times will be available to general membership before 3:15pm. In the event of too many entries being received, then the highest handicap entries will be removed from the draw.
Entrance Fee is £3, prizes are for the best gross and places only.
