Entries are now invited for the Bill Elder Classic, won last year by Alan Hall, and will tee off between 8:00am and 10:30am on Tuesday 22^nd June.

This is a handicap Stableford competition, off the yellow tees, and is restricted to members of the club’s Seniors Section.  Entry is free.

How do I enter?

The entry sheet can be found on the Seniors Section noticeboard in the Men’s locker room, from Saturday 29^th May. This sheet allows entrants to give their preferred timeslot: 8:00-8:30; 8:30-9:00; 9:00-9:30; 9:30-10:00; 10:00-10:30. The draw will endeavour to place players as close to their preferred time as possible.    Entries will close at noon on Friday 11^th June.

What are the arrangements?

Once the entries have closed a draw will be made and tee times emailed to competitors. On the day of the competition you need to sign in on Today’s Golf on HowDidiDo. Normal competition rules apply, and each hole must be putted out. After your round scores need to be promptly entered on Score Entry on HowDidiDo. This must be done within an hour after completing your round so that winners can be identified without undue delay. As for the Joe Farley, there will be a sandwich option provided in the club-house for all players when they finish their round.
