Qualifying for the County Championship took place on Saturday at Whitley Bay

Karl Mossom, Phil Ridden and Andrew Minnikin all progress to the match play stages which commence on Wednesday.

Andrew Minnikin also picked up a win at Brass Castle on Sunday in the NYSD Scratch Championship.
